Bring attendees on air
Attendee requests let viewers ask to join the live stream temporarily with their microphone and camera. Hosts can approve or reject each request from the studio.
Enable attendee requests
Open the broadcast studio.
Open the Presenters panel.
In Attendee Requests, select Manage.
Turn on attendee requests.
Choose whether accepted attendees can share their screen as well as their microphone and camera.
Approve or reject requests
Pending attendee requests appear in the Presenters panel.
Approve a request to give that attendee temporary access to join the studio.
Reject a request if you do not want the attendee to join on air.
Keep an eye on your live participant limit before approving several attendees at once.
Recommended workflow
Tell attendees when you are ready to take live participation requests.
Use Q&A or chat first to choose the right person to bring in.
Brief the attendee before adding them to the stream, especially if they will share their screen.
Remove temporary participants when their segment is finished.
